Earth

The only planet on which life is known to exist. Provider of food and nourishment to all who live here. Soil, a universe within itself , teeming with microorganisms. Plants, trees and the ‘green layer’ give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilise the soil and give life to the world’s wildlife (including us!). They also provide us with the materials for tools and shelter. Look around you and you will find everything you see came from the Earth.

Over use of chemicals in agriculture, industry and the majority of products in use today. Contamination and misuse of soil leads to a need to remediate and rebuild healthy soil. Mass deforestation and the burning of tropical forests is creating an extinction last seen with the dinosaurs. Only half of the planets forests remain intact. Huge piles of rubbish consumed by humans left to rot in holes.
